Welcome to WaterEject (“App”), operated by Zancore Systems (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewing subscription-based content and features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen subscription plan.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings in the App Store after purchase.

2.2 Free Trials

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

2.3 Refunds

All purchases made through the App are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or under Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
